The fifth programme in the series presents standard gauge heritage steam locomotives in action around the UK
on main line charters and at work on private railways.

This programme has been made at the many requests from enthusiasts for a steam video featuring just the live recorded sounds,
without a voice over, music, or other commentary.
Recorded on broadcast quality cameras and edited using 'state of the art' digital computer editing systems.
On screen locations and date information is displayed of the events covered.

 Merchant Navy Class No 35005 Canadian Pacific on the crew training runs from Eastleigh to Yeovil.
Duchess Class No 6233 on the Royal Train in North Wales.
The Mid-Hants 2003 Steam gala featuring  60009 Union of South Africa, Battle of Britain 34081,
and Standard Tank 80104, and 473 Birch Grove.
